This seminar is designed for designated Accountable Managers, nominated persons (Post Holders), Continuing Airworthiness Managers and Maintenance Managers of EU/EASA-OPS, CAMO, Part 145 or Subpart F organizations.
Contents:
In preparation for assessment by the competent authority (in order to be accepted / approved by means of EASA Form 4) the attendee will gain knowledge on:

•(EC) 1008 / 2008
•Basic Regulation (EC) 216/2008
•Implementing Rules (EC) 1702/2003 Part 21 and (EC) 2042/42 Part M / 145 / 66 / 147
•EU/JAR-OPS with the applicable interfaces
•New EASA rule structure (Part AOR,OPS,SPA,SPO)
•Essentials of Safety Management System (SMS)
•Basic principles of Aviation Management Systems
•Internal and external auditing including compliance monitoring

Operating from our base near to Malta International Airport, as a minimum standard all of our aviation courses comply fully with EU-OPS and we can train to comply with your relevant authority and to your specific aircraft type or equipment.
1. Crew Resource Management - Course Duration 2 days
Crew Resource Management Courses comply fully with EU OPS 1 requirements and can be conducted for both cockpit crew and cabin crew. Initial courses cover full course content while recurrent, conversion and command upgrade cover relevant sections. All CRM courses are highly interactive using a mix of CBT, Presentations, case studies personality assessments and group exercises.
2. Dangerous Goods - Course Duration 4 hours
Dangerous Goods Training covers both approved carriers as well as non approved ones who require awareness training only. Both initial and recurrent training courses are kept updated with latest information.
3. Aviation Security - Course Duration 4 hours
Through a well balanced mix of presentations and case based studies security training covers complete requirements for cockpit and cabin crew. Full course for initial training and recurrent training is modular to complete the full course over a period of 3 years.
4. Smoke Evacuation and Fire Fighting - Course Duration 4 hours
Fire fighting in real fire scenarios at the local airport using real extinguishers makes training highly realistic and a longer lasting experience. Training is conducted by local fire fighters at the airport fire fighting facilities. Smoke facilities include dense water based smoke generators under supervision of experienced Cabin Crew trainers.
5. First Aid - Course Duration 2 days
Full courses for initial training tailored for pilots at first type rating or cabin crew using latest equipment and facilities are fully compliant with EU OPS requirements. Refresher training for cabin crew is tailored for specific operations.
6. Wet Drill - Course Duration 1 hour
Highly realistic training at a local indoor pool facility using experienced cabin crew trainers.
7. Cabin Crew Training - Course Duration 10 days
Initial training (with attestation), conversion and recurrent training tailored for specific operations. All trainers are current cabin crew instructors with years of training experience.
8. Cabin Crew Aviation Security and Dangerous Goods Awareness
(see above) - Course Duration 4 hours
9. EU OPS Familiarisation - Course Duration 4 hours
Familiarisation with basics about EU OPS 1 & JAR FCL 1
10. Train the Trainer Course - Course Duration 5 Days
